We pack all boxes ourselves...

We take extra care when packing our Exclusive Foods Parcels, so your food arrives in the best condition possible. All our boxes are packed by us. Firstly, we make sure to only put fresh food inside. Food like golfeados and cachitos, which we bake for you, is prepared before delivery. It is then placed in a paper bag and bubble wrapped for added security. We vacuum pack some items which need more protection as well as using sealed containers for others. The whole box itself is also bubble wrapped so that none of your awaited goods are damaged in transit.

Next Day Delivery: we use next day delivery so that you can be assured your products will arrive fresh to you. However, this does not mean your order will arrive a day after your order is placed, it will arrive a day after it is dispatched- allowing for processing times. More information on delivery times below.

Insulated

We use insulated box liners. These small, box-shaped, foil liners consist of: a metal polyester outer layer to reflect heat away from the products, a bubble wrap middle layer and an inner HDPE foam layer which resists moisture and works as insulation.

Refrigerated

For products that need it, we add another layer of protection by keeping the products refrigerated, and inside an insulated layer. This is used for products such as empanadas. You can then either put these products back in the freezer, or cook them.

Kept at a Low Temperature

The result is that products are kept at a constant temperature. Preserving the temperature inside the box is essential to protect some products. Therefore, we have put these meassures into place. This ensures that products arrive to you at the highest quality possible.

Goods which are refrigerated, and therefore require thermo insulation and ice gel, will have an added “Handling Fee” of £2.50. 

Delivery Times

We try to dispatch orders as soon as possible; once you place your order, it will be added to a queue:

  • All orders which include refrigerated goods are dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
  • We will let you know when your order will be dispatched and when it should arrive to you.
  • Orders which do not contain refrigerated goods may also be dispatched on Thursdays and Fridays. This is to ensure parcels arrive in a timely manner, as Next Day Delivery does not apply on weekends. 
  • It may take up to a week to process your order during busy periods

Next Day Delivery is only available to England, Scotland and Wales with the services we use. For this reason, there are certain goods (specifically ones which are delivered fresh, such as Pabellon, or ones which are  delivered refrigerated, such as Tequeños de Queso ) which cannot be delivered outside of England, Scotland and Wales. Look out for bold writing in a product’s description to let you know if it can only be delivered using Next Day Delivery. If you do order a product which is not available for your area, we will contact you via email to arrange a refund. 

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is home at time of delivery. We can experience some delays in delivery times that are outside of our control. Please be patient but if a delivery has not arrived to you after 2 days, do contact us. We will help you locate your parcel or arrange re-delivery.

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated depending on weight and the region from which you are ordering. We work with DHL Parcels and Hermes (now known as Evri) to deliver our parcels so our delivery charges are concordant to theirs. We try to find the cheapest delivery possible, whilst still ensuring efficiency and, most importantly, a timely delivery. After your order payments have been processed, we will contact you via email to let you know when your order will be dispatched.
